Ron Walton has 40 years of commercial and residential real estate development experience spanning product types including Class A office buildings, full-service hotels and multi-family residential buildings. Walton has deep expertise in developing and executing on real estate strategies that navigate complex zoning, regulatory, tax, financial and environmental challenges associated with urban commercial real estate. Walton received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Jennifer Walton Hood has nearly 20 years of experience in business, including real estate development and asset management, financial consulting and software sales. Prior to holding her current position, she served as Executive Vice President at S2 Capital Partners, in McLean, Virginia. In that position she led the company’s retail acquisition team. Hood spent nearly four years at Primatics Financial, a leader in the financial services software industry. Hood previously worked at The Walton Companies and JPI East, during which time she served as the development and/or asset manager for over $250MM in commercial real estate in downtown Washington, DC.
Hood received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Wheaton College (IL) and her Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School.
